About to set the contract date

Hi everybody  all the legal problems have now been shorted so now ready to sign the contract and set the leaving date.

I will then be officially homeless never thought i would be happy to be homeless i,m so looking forward to this day.

I will no doubt be a little sad and apprehensive about it at first, but having lived in the van now for the last 9 months that,s sleeping,cooking,bathing, being to hot and too cold. Some times bored stiff because of the bad weather going to bed at 8.30 and getting up at silly O clock ! i,m finding it the best thing i have ever done  and wish i did not leave it till being 60 years old.

The feeling of freedom is unbelievable and i have been on more than 20 miles away from home at any time in the last twelve months.

In fact at the weekends i stay in a lay-by that is less than one mile away and the nearest shop for my provisions is next door but one to my house mad or what?.

The one thing am looking forwards to most is not having a letter box just this one thing alone will make all the difference to me.

Up Date no2

I still have no signing date set yet there's  a minor on going  issue which is being sorted out by the legal body's involved.  UPDATE> (( This has now been sorted out 18/07 ))

Without going into detail it was caused by an oversight that  went unnoticed 15 years ago will say about it at a later date.

Well at least i see light at the end of the tunnel now ! this is a very stressful time for me as i do not cope well with interference from others that seem to want to control your life. I never thought that selling a house could be so stressful and such a long drawn out process it seems to be the norm according to others that have sold and moved home and that's with out the problems i have encountered.

Think its made worst by the fact that I'm limited to the distance i willing to travel. (trying to save every penny possible).
