First I fell on the rocks taking the skin of my left elbow and hip then I sprain my wrist making it in possible to cast.

So now it's Friday am sat in the van sore hip,wrist elbow and full of a cold to boot and it's not stopped raining for four days the only good thing is am on my second bottle of JD it's not helping but life's tuf must solder on.
