Personally this place was not for me the walk back to Tintagel along the coastline was harder but much more enjoyable.

St Nectans Glen Trethevy Tintagel
St Nectan's Glen woodlands and waterfalls at Trethevy Tintagel PL34 0BG has been called one of the most sacred sites in
Britain; it is certainly a nice place for a long day out At the top of the glen are a series of three
waterfalls below the site of a hermitage established by the 6th century
Celtic saint Nectan. The hermitage and waterfalls can only be reached
on foot after a mile long walk beside the River Trevillet looks more like a Stream than a river. The walk is easyish with one or two spots that could be a bit testing to the more elderly plus it does involve a walk from any of the car parks
Personally this place was not for me the walk back to Tintagel along the coastline was harder but much more enjoyable.
